On fees, the Stacks no win, no fee page states that Stacks offers such arrangements to most personal injury clients. Stacks assesses this case by case. It typically offers them where a claim against an insurer is reasonably likely to succeed. Under these arrangements, Stacks says it will not charge professional fees unless there is a successful outcome. In most cases, it will also pay disbursements during the claim. However, it notes that if a claim is unsuccessful, the client may still have to pay the opponent’s costs in certain circumstances. Similarly, a client who stops or moves the claim may need to pay costs incurred to that point. Finally, a written Costs Agreement sets out the fee arrangements.

The Bundall page states that Phil Griffin has been practising compensation law for over 25 years. The QLS register lists Phillip Martin Griffin at Stacks Law Firm, Bundall with Personal Injuries Law as an area of practice. However, it does not show him as an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injuries Law. Finally, no Doyle’s Guide 2025 or 2026 Queensland plaintiff compensation listing was found for the Bundall office.
