Disclaimer
This disclaimer explains what our information is, and what it is not. The website gives general information about Queensland personal injury law firms and claims. However, it is not legal advice and we are not a law firm. So please get advice from a Queensland lawyer about your own situation.

General information only
Information on this website is general in nature. It does not take your circumstances into account, and it does not create a lawyer–client relationship. In addition, claim rules, time limits and exceptions depend on the facts of each case.
Accuracy and dates
We check firm facts against public sources and show the date of each check. However, firms change their offices, staff and fees. As a result, information may be out of date after the check date. So confirm the details directly with the firm before you rely on them.
Rankings and scores
Our rankings use a published score out of 100. The score measures public facts, such as specialist accreditation and independent rankings. It does not measure results in individual cases. For the full method, see how we rank lawyers.
Third-party information
Google ratings come from Google Maps, and Doyle’s rankings come from Doyle’s Guide. We link to firms, regulators and other websites for convenience. However, we are not responsible for their content.
No endorsement
Listing a firm is not a recommendation. We do not receive referral fees or payment for listings. Firms also cannot pay to change their position.
Time limits
Queensland injury claims have strict deadlines. For example, a CTP notice can be due 1 month after you first see a lawyer. So see our time limits table and get advice early.
Changes and questions
We update this disclaimer when the way the site works changes, and we show the review date above. If you have a question, read our editorial standards or contact us through the form on our corrections page.
