About Donaldson Law

Donaldson Law is a Toowoomba law practice that concentrates on abuse claims, Australian Defence Force entitlements, personal integrity violations and reparation pathways. However, the firm states that it does not run a general personal injuries practice. According to the firm, lawyer and veteran Adair Donaldson established it in 2016. Then, in July 2024, it became a foundation brand of the Better Lawyers Group. Enterprise Legal founder and managing director Peta Gray leads that group.

They also cover advice on the National Redress Scheme, as well as workplace harassment and discrimination. Separately, it advises on military superannuation and invalidity benefits and DVA compensation. It takes matters from every Australian state and territory, and first conversations are usually by phone or video.
